Sandro Paris Hearts Black dress with Green Ribbon bow straps NWOT Size 40

This gorgeous dress moves beautifully thanks to the slight handkerchief hem (see photo). I bought it for an event and the event was cancelled so it hasn’t been worn. The green ribbon straps can be tied any way - bow or knot or otherwise.
