(+$125) Small elastic bustle loops were removed prior to professional cleaning. Can be sewn on by seamstress. Professionally cleaned and placed in bag by Master Garment (Kingston PA) (+$200) Worn one day 9/17/2022. Dress plus updates/cleaning cost over $2600. This dress is an absolute dream.
