Kate Spade Ruffled Tiered Tunic XXS

Navy blue knit with ruffled striped poplin collar trim. Can be worn on or off shoulder, elastic short sleeves. Tiered ruffle bottom. May have been a micro mini dress but due to length I wore it as a tunic and swim cover up. Condition: very good used condition showing only very light wear. Measures: 18" Pit to Pit and 26" length top of ruffle to hem. Shown on a 36-26-36 form
