Free People cream ruffled mini dress/tunic. Size XS. adjustable straps. Size S. Sheer gauzy slim ruffles. I love this dress/tunic! I have it in black XS as well. Sadly it is too small for me now. Since I'm 5.2 I wore it as a mini dress with boots and blazer/leather jacket. If you're much taller it's fabulous as a tunic with pants/ leggings/leather pants/skirt. Very versatile! Come on in...!
