Vintage '90s prom dress navy blue size small

this gorgeous '90s prom dress is in a blue mesh then has a beautiful deep navy blue velvet bodice Then followed by a satin skirt. size 13 14 this definitely does not fit like a 14 it fits like a size small so please see measurements for full understanding of how the stress will fit. measurements shoulder 16 bust 19 waistline 17 hip 24 length 57 condition this dress is in good vintage condition. there are a few small holes in the netting at the neckline. and there are a few spots on the dress of discoloration. overall these areas are not noticeable. please see all pictures.
