The lighting in the pictures is poor but the color does appear to match the pictures of the color Melanite in person. They are not black or true navy even though that’s what it looks like, the lighting is so poor I can try to take more pictures for you! I have also attached a video. No pilling! NOTE: these leggings have been sitting untouched in my legging drawer, causing many indents and lines/creases/marks as is always typical for the align material. They will come out after several washes and uses.
