Vintage Sterling Filagree Ring with 2 Large, Clear Stones

Lovely, mysterious, vintage sterling silver ring that I wish I knew more about! I tested the stones and they're not diamonds, but that's all I know about them. They appear to be clear, w/o color, but sometimes they look a little light blue (see the last pic where they show their blue the most!)
