If you’re familiar with vintage Ralph Lauren runway designs, you know he created fabulous film noir replicas of vintage Americana wares sourced from swap meets across the country. RL quality and attention to detail has suffered since he retired. This is a Y2K era cargo pant (think J Lo famous) in a billowy lightweight silk and linen blend with fantastic detailing in the vintage pressed buttons, twill drawstrings in the inner waist, balloon pockets, and ankles, and all over detail with utility stitching. Oversized back packets make your butt look great. Mid-rise cut makes you look curvier in the hips and rear. Long length adjusts to ankle or pull up to knees with drawstring ties. Broken stitches in the diamond pattern quilting on lower thigh/knee and a faint discolor on right knee. These have been delicate washed and air dried only. I’m the first owner.
