Judith and Charles Black and White Layered Eyelet Cocktail-Fit and Flare Dress

Cotton dress in good condition with obvious wash and wear and some fading, but still looks great and has no stains, holes or tears. All seams are intact. This is a very well made dress, and it may be vintage, but I'm not entirely sure. Bodice, with princess seams, consists of white fabric with a black eyelet overlay, giving it a polka dot appearance. Skirt consists of eyelet fabric with a matching solid lining. This is a great summer piece, not too fussy, perfect for a casual day or evening. Dress falls to around knee length or a little below, and measures 17 inches pit to pit and 15 across the waist. Tag says size 8
