The beach wear or swimsuit cover dress does not have tags. It is in like new condition with absolutely no flaws. It was received in a bundle of clothing, and it looks like it has never been worn. The dress has a tremendous amount of stretch and is made of polyester and spandex. It could fit small, medium or large. The Pit2Pit is 17” w stretch of 21”. The waist band sits right below bust line for a flattering high waist. Waist band is 3” in length to give some flatter and waist control.
