to answer your question, the way it works is, if when you receive it is not as described then yes! you can return it, things like size, color or any problem that you find that wasn't described. when it comes to sizing then it's best to know your measurements and be sure your size.

@chasse_au_treso Thank you so much. I was wondering if the sizing was right. I'm usually an 18/20, but according to the Mac Dugal web site and the chart you attached, I'm a 16. I will go get measured by a tailor to confirm. I appreciate your welcoming and kindness. I really do love this dress!
