Banana Republic v-neck peplum blouse

White v-neck peplum blouse is easy to wear. Dress it up or down. Has 3/4 pinched sleeves. Waist line folds into pretty peplum design. V-neck is extra supposed by little wire hook. Does have a little stain (please look at photos) on the bottom of shirt where it folds.
