The right facing lady is so beautifully crafted with the flower lapel. Encased in a solid 14k (585) Gold setting, marked Italy 585, PG and another stamp can’t quite make it out, looks like c449 NA next to the PG the surround. This is a unique piece, the pendant clasp is on a hinge so can be placed up to be a necklace or placed down to be a brooch.
