This is a really interesting, red “overskirt” from Blue Fish. It’s similar to a wrap skirt, but the sides don’t overlap and instead tie at the waist that also contains an elastic band. This allows it to be worn over leggings or another skirt for a really striking, original look. It also accommodates a variety of sizes, depending on how it is worn. The front is shorter than the back, and hem curves up at the sides with a cute ruffle. The true color is closest to the last 2 photos.
