Overall good pre- owned condition. There is one small spot, as pictured, but with the fullness of skirt and color pattern it is not really noticeable. This is a pull on elastic waistband and an airy flowy design. It is a Rayon skirt made in USA. Great for the coming months. Length- 35.5", Waist - 35", but a lot of stretch, so can go much bigger.
