Does this pump require flanges I'd need to purchase to use it?

@jarielle21 Correct, the flanges are $29.99 for the set on Amazon or Willow site. You use the bags with the flanges. I used the reusable milk containers as well. Those are $49.99 for set and you wouldn’t have to worry about bags. It’s based upon your personal preference.
