This is a show stopper and a conversation piece. I bought this at a unique boutique and have never seen anything like it. I wore this skirt on the 4th of July and Labor Day weekend. It has the red white and blue so those were perfect days to wear it. Of course it’s good for any time of year. There are several layers to the skirt with the different but matching patterns. It seems like a one size fits all because of the elastic waistband. It says size 38- I wore it as a size medium but the waistband made it feel fine with more room or if I were smaller it would have worked as well. Easy fit - oh and it has pockets too!
