70s eyelet lace dress prairie Victorian style blue and white handmade. This dress is in absolutely lovely condition. Fully lined. Fitted through the bodice. Ruffle at the hem. Zipper extends into the skirt area and there is a hook and eye closure at the neck and waist. Poof at the top of the sleeve and fitted through the arm. It is possible that there are flaws on the dress but I cannot find any. Dress is small so please review measurements carefully.
