Is this true to size? Or is one the comes reduced? I just purchased a 18 city chic even gown but found out i should have bought a 20 or 22

the gown shoulder straps have been cut?

@kuinnkaraffa yes. In the back where they attached the gown. They have not been shortened just snipped. They can be re-signed back into the gown or cut shorter if a shorter length is needed.
