Vintage Jeri Marque Southwestern buttondown Blouse

Vintage Southwestern patterned blouse from Jeri Marque by C’mon Sportswear. Made in the USA. Awesome, colorful design with metallic gold detail. Slouchy oversized style, drop shoulders. Could be worn as a tunic or mini dress. No size or material tag attached. Please see measurements in photos. My best guess at fabric type is cotton, perhaps 100% by the feel. Shoulder pads are sewn in, see photo, could clipped out. In excellent vintage condition with no overt signs of wear.
