New with tags! Kowtow Reflect dress! This is a midi sleeveless dress with a button front, made from 100% organic cotton twill in a black/white mini stripe. The dress is fitted through the bodice and has a full, pleated skirt with side seam pockets. Finished with Italian made recycled hemp buttons. Ethically farmed cotton, free from chemical sprays and genetically modified seeds to benefit the soil and farmers. Made in Italy.
