Halston Heritage black ruched chiffon strapless mini dress with sheer ruffle at hem. Side zipper. New without tags. Never worn. I bought it for an event and removed the tags, but ended up needing to buy a different size in the same dress due to weight fluctuations. This is labeled a Size 2 but I think it fits more like a size 0. My dress form (mannequin) is an XS/S and I couldn’t zip it all the way up for photos. Elegant lightweight silk chiffon material.
