Pretty cotton blouse by Jones New York Signature. This is a white cotton blouse with large brown abstract floral design. It has a collared V-neck with loop buttons down the front. There is a belt/sash that is attached at the back and comes around to the front to loop between a round brown tie piece. It has fitted seams along the side. Very nice blouse. It is SIZE XL.
