SPIRITOUS has it all going on, transporting you to a time in the past, swirling with memories while you are firmly in the present making new ones. Ginger, cassis and freshly cut carnations are one level. Davana, saffron blossom and coffee absolute are next, then patchouli, laudanum absolute, and vetiver. This candle feels like a magical conjuring of spirits past, yet utterly modern. Candle is made from a beeswax and white coconut blend, with a cotton braided wick, poured into a silver metallic glass tumbler. Many people reuse these containers once the candle is gone. Take care of this candle and it will provide 50 hours of joyful burn time! Will be carefully packaged. Box is in new condition with a shiny metallic silver label that looks like crushed foil. The carton is embossed with lettering. It’s gorgeous. Hand poured in Los Angeles, this modern luxe candle company is known for its gender neutral scents. I first experienced Boy Smells candles at the Museum of Contemporary Art in LA. Now they are literally all over my house! I bought this candle directly from boy smells, and when it arrived it had a little red mark on the silver of the candle (see photo where it’s pointed out.) I think it’s from the inside of the box which is a deep red.
