I bought this FOREVER ago.. and I don't think I ever wore it! I haven't seen any other listings for this particular top. It's a sheer fishnet top with an open chest area, D-rings at the sleeves, and a lock at the neck. It does include keys! This is a completely unlined top. It's a junior's size XXL from Lip Service. The chest measures about 15" and the length is about 28". Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat. The material is stretchy. **Please note in the pic of me wearing the top, I have on a tank top underneath (not included). xbloodflowersx @angievargas291 I think some Lip Service stuff tends to run a bit small. This top is stretchy though and with your measurements you should be good.
