There is nothing wrong with this product, I received this as a gift from my husband for Christmas and wanted to love this, but I unfortunately don't😢 The return policy is 60 days, and I missed the window to return it. The last pic shows a minor chip on the 1 3/4" clip barrel, but it didn't interfere with styling my hair the few times I did use it.
