Shock absorbing, dual handle leash with heavy duty lobster claw clasp. Extends to 4'. Harness is in great used condition. Includes breathable soft non-irritating mesh lining. Multiple placement areas on top, sides and chest for patches or molle / medicine bags. Although no D-rings were attached to the back, one could use the stitched hook & loop panels to attach a CB or traffic handle to, or the actual D-rings.
