I bought this from a boutique because I loved it for vday but found my dream dress the next day, and hopefully, this is someone else's dream dress. I have a large chest, and this was a little small on me. I'm 5'5", 40dd, it does fit, just need something under it. If you're a true small (I'm medium), this should be fine or medium with a smaller chest. It's Sooo pretty, flashy, and pink!
