No Brand. Size tag say 14, but vintage sort of sizing so may be a little smaller, refer to measurements in pics for best fit. Nice pastel like floral pattern. Is a sort of lightweight gauzy material that is sort of semi sheer. Has a matching little tie belt. In good used vintage condition, no major stains or anything like that, buttons are a little loose.
