I would consider it an XS Measurements laying flat Waist 12” Pit to pit 16” Hips around 17” Pit to hem (length) 43” Fully lined white dress with an eyelet outer layer and ruffled eyelet lace trim on the neckline and hem The neckline is not stretchy but I think it may work off the shoulder as well The dress is really in great condition and still has its bright white color!
