New with tags. I have this dress and I’m obsessed with it. It is light and comfortable perfect for a vacation. The measurements for the extra small are 16 inches armpit to armpit and 52 inches shoulder to hem. The measurements for the large are 19 inches on picture armpit, and 54 inches shoulder to hem.
