This seersucker and eyelet empire sheath dress is new and has never been worn. I purchased it for a special occasion and ended up not going, so never wore it. It doesn't fit me now, so as much as I love it, I am letting it go. It is fully lined, and has an adjustable opening at the ruffled eyelet bodice, with 4 hooks and eye closures for more, or no cleavage. It has a narrow eyelet lace at the neckline and below the bodice. There are four darts in the front and back below the empire waist in the seersucker fabric. The approximate flat-lay measurements are; armpit to armpit 17.5", waist 16.5", and shoulder to hemline 36". This is the perfect dress for weddings, parties, or even the office. The label says dry clean, however, the upper body is 100% Cotton, and the lower fabric is 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton, so it should be fine in a cold water wash, and then hung up to dry.
