SANRIO known for Hello Kitty, original Deery Lou The Cheerful Fawn lunch box

This is a rare collectible. One of the rarer SANRIO characters is Deery Lou, the cheerful Fawn. This is the original design. Later designs show Deery Lou living in a rainbow forest, being friends with a red mushroom. On this edition, Deery Lou is smelling daisies and enjoying the sunshine and a bumble bee. The lunch box is further embellished with little white polka dots against a meadow green background. It has a nice meadow green interior. This lunch box was used and loved. There are dents, dings, scratches and paint loss throughout. The worst paint loss is in one of the corners, shown in the last photo. There are two small pink stickies on one side. The lunch box has a plastic handle and a metallic latch that works perfectly. It closes shut beautifully. Overall, in good vintage condition.
