The dress itself is a romantic beauty. It is a luxe cut in a neutral rayon with a velvet burn out floral print. One inch straps with a a rounded neck in both front and back. A long sweeping hem from a front 39” to the back of the dress at 55” in a fashion design of grace. This is the ultimate in the late 90’s, Y2K feminine style. This dress was purchased in 1999 and worn once.
