This skirt is one of the hardest finds & most rare skirt of the brand Moschino. It was made in Italy. It has been worn by celebrities & is in a museum. I have two but I’m keeping the other one for myself! It can be worn several different ways either tied together or pushing the long black tie through the slit & wrap it around. I have shown in pictures both ways. The slit is high shows a lot of leg lol. I don’t see any bleeding but it’s possible there could be discoloration or stains around the numbers/symbols as this is a vintage skirt all vintage items have their flaws.
