It is aqua blue with off white/cream colored front, dragon wings, tail, and scales that go from hood to tail. There are some shiny spots on the back scales. There are 2 front pockets. The lining and zipper pull are brown. The front zipper is gold. The shell is 96% polyester/1% spandex/3% other fiber. The lining, wings, and scales are 100% polyester. Machine washable, very good condition.
