tashagirlxo @sadie2002 hi! Thanks for asking. They’re soft and stretchy! I’m not home at the moment so I can’t get the measurement of the flare. Not sure if you’re familiar with American Eagle’s jeans, but they are comparable to their other flare jeans, which have the perfect flare ☺️
