LOFT Outlet dress navy blue / yellow & white stripes SIZE LP

Well, this one never got worn folks. The wife says it’s a cute dress, sort of a business vibe going on. Beautiful navy blue with vertical blue, white and yellow stripes. Has a fabric belt to toe around your waist. Dress buttons up on the front. Super cute, y’all. Sleeves have buttons to allow you to extend the sleeve full arm length, or button at the middle of your arm (aka the elbow.)
