I bought this for an international trip but only ended up using it about three times. In very good condition, a little dusty from being in storage but I will wipe down and clean prior to shipping! :) The padding is amazing and the straps make it super easy to hold a heavy pack. It has a padded insert for laptop. It also opens up all the way to pack! I just don’t use this as much as I thought I would 😞
