This 90 day journal was created to help your child begin a morning habit that can last a lifetime! With this book, your child will take 2 minutes to begin their day in a calm, self-reflective space! Each day combines a breathing exercise that will help calm the body and mind with a simple writing prompt designed to create self awareness, self confidence, growth mindset, and resilience. The activities are simple and repetitive so that children become comfortable with reflecting on these types of questions daily and noticing that their thoughts and feelings can change day by day.
