@kibber The coat is in excellent condition. no stains, rips or tears. Inside lining the same. belts loops are fully intact as well as the belt itself. I'm looking at it right now and I cannot find a flaw. please let me know if you need additional pictures. Thank you for your interest.

Hi! Sorry about the delay regarding material. There isn't a tag on the coat with the information. My best guess is a blend of natural (cotton? linen? wool?)and synthetic materials such as nylon in addition to a water repellent material.
