what exactly does the strap how short can you make the strap as far as not having to wear it just as a crossbody but can you make the strap short to wear like a regular shoulder bag I don't know how how much the strap makes it Go shorter

if it is Big inside of an lb messenger bag I actually was looking at one of those and it was in really good condition and it was big I mean as far as the hell quite a bit so I'm trying to figure out size wise what is this compared to that
