She opened a case and provided pictures of a RANDOM used red purse that’s not even listed in my closet. Please protect yourself from scammers! Please help me report this person!

affordablepurse I know the pain, i’m so sorry. If you need to contact their support team, you can try reaching out to them on Twitter (x) or their current platform), or send them an email via support@poshmark.com. Additionally, you can file a complaint against them through the Better Business Bureau. If you have the person's address and report them for mail theft. It took them a while, but they finally released funds to both of us in the end. Meanwhile, the scammer is still scamming.

nicolejameson1 @affordablepurse thank you, did you report the person for mail fraud? I might do this. Poshmark refunded us both but it’s so disappointing that poshmark refunds the scammers when they know exactly what is happening.
