The dress has a small hole under the button and shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 16 1/2 inches, the waist is 15 inches, the hips are 22 1/2 inches, and from top of the strap to bottom of the dress is 34 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
