These jeans are in very good condition and they come from a smoke free home. They are size 4, the inseam measures 30 inches, the rise is 8 inches, the leg opening is 8 inches and when you lay them out flat the waistband measures 14 inches across. The Denim has a stretch to it. Please see pictures.
