1mik_s @ejlif242 it's new in retail box never been used. The parts are still factory wrapped (for the most part). However the clear cover has damaged to it in the back. Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks!

1mik_s @paodoherty Sorry I don't have a warranty regarding this item. I purchased this as a gift however I was disappointed when I saw the crack in the lid so I purchased something else instead as a new gift, and completely forgot that I had this item. It's been over a year almost two years I never tried to use it. Hopefully this is what you needed to assist you.
