What a beautiful dress! Can you tell how long it is from the waistline to the front hem? I sew so I think I could hem it if I took my time.

Is your dress somewhere near where you can measure it?
1) how long it is from the front waist to the hem
2) how long is it from the back waist from the hem.
3) how far up do the appliques start from the hem? 3"-6"-10"?
I sew, so I'm thinking depending on your answers I might have to carefully remove all the appliques, shorten the dress and then re-sew on the appliques. Tulle fabric is difficult to work with but it can be done. I have an event in October that I need a dress for.
