This is a wonderful dress! The blue and white stripes are perfectly accented with the pleats and belt. Belt can be tied so you have contrasting direction of stripes. There is eye and hook for the bodice. Side zip. Most importantly - there are pockets! No signs of wear, stains, or holes. Can be used for every day wear, special occassions, and to work.
