carrijane13 @reaganrock Length is 38" measurements are in description, so hopefully that will help you decide. I can only add 1 more photo, so I added a side view for you to see the Length. I am not the best model, I'm only 5'3 and a size L This coat fits my shoulders, but it's to small to tie comfortably. I can delete the side photo and add a front view once you look at it.

carrijane13 @ktburkhardt Hi, there is not a color name on the tag and I would assume your definition of taupe and sand are different than mine, but I would definitely describe this a a Tan Carmel color which would be close to a Sand color. Taupe is more of a brown gray .
