Bongo the musical clown toy air pressure drum

So this is an unused toy comes with original box box is beat as picture show. The air pressure system still seems to work okay but the arms probably need a bit of adjusting after sitting in that box for so long. But I am not about to mess with a toy that I know nothing about.
